The Body-Tec Forearm-Elbow pads are simple to use, can be worn over clothing and are held in place by two elasticated Velcro fastening straps. The outer surface is abrasive resistant with a curved forearm guard inside the pad.  This rests on a soft foam lining which has been extended and curved to fit over the elbow, making these pads very comfortable to wear
