We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Manager to join our team in Wembley.

This role will include (but will not be limited to):

• Being a competent point of contact between the customer and all departments of the business
• Liaise frequently with the customers to assure them of their importance
• Effectively manage customer expectations and queries.
• Maximise sales opportunities
• Raising quotes/orders
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service levels and operational efficiencies.

To become one of our Customer Account Managers you must:

• Communicate efficiently (phones and emails)
• Have initiative, motivation and focus
• Be able to multitask and prioritize
• Be organized, able to achieve deadlines with close attention to details

FULL TIME: Monday to Friday From 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m
