With its 150mm long 4mm diameter pointed probe it is perfect for use within the catering industry. Alternatively it can be used for simple laboratory tasks as it is well suited to taking readings from any liquid or semi-solid sample.
Its features, whilst simple, offer superb value for money. A built in on/off button and auto power off feature ensure you can rely on a long battery life. The data hold function allows you keep the recorded value on screen for easy viewing without temperature fluctuation. In addition the product comes with a polycarbonate storage tube to protect the probe in a busy environment.
