Colour coded scaffolding insert with Heavy Duty status (blue - Load Class 4) to help prevent working at height hazards and efficiently manage inspection procedures.

  • Designed to operate alongside Scafftag holder.
  • Clear Mandatory duties to follow

  • Initial inspection record now visible on the front of insert rather than the reverse
  • Can record drawing reference number on the insert
  • Large area to include your own comments about the scaffold
