Arc Flash 12 cal/cm2 Integrated Helmet And FaceShield - Class 0 up to 1000V CE Marked - [CD-CLY-540-AS12G-CE]
The New AS12G-CE is a Weight Balancing Arc Flash Protection Face Shield, that stows in a balanced, compact position, centred over the top of the hard hat when not needed.
The AS12G-CE has an Arc Rating of 12cal/ cm² (ATPV according to ASTM F2178) and utilises nanotechnology to provide a grey-tined, clearer, more transparent window for improved visibility and colour discernment. The shield/window is designed to be easily replaced without tools. The faceshield unit includes ventilation ribs that allow a natural convection air flow through the top of the face shield. This reduces fogging of the visor, lowers CO² levels and improves comfort for the user.
The assembly is also tested and certified to GS-ET-29, Class 2 while the helmet is voltage rated to 1000VAC according to EN 50365
