Climax - 324 RG Polycarbonate Face Shield - [CL-324RG] - (NICE)
| The Climax 324 RG face shield has been designed to offer effective protection against the risk of particle impact at high speed and medium energy and as protection against drops and liquid splashes. Resistance to molten metals and hot solids and UV radiation. Browguard The semi-circular browguard is manufactured of black polypropylene and includes a narrow brim. The visor is attached to the browguard by means of five centre pins. The browguard also contains a slot on each side in order to hold a bolt-nut system used to attach the browguard and headgear. Headgear The headgear system is composed of a harness and adjustment system, manufactured of injection-moulded black polyamide. The harness comprises two parts, an upper cross strap and a contour strap. The length of the cross strap can be adjusted by means of the holes and anchor stud system. The contour strap has a middle section (which rests on the wearer’s forehead) and side arms that join at the rear of the head by means of the adjustment system. This system, which has a closing tube, guide and wing nut, allows easy adjustment of the contour band circumference by simply pressing and simultaneously turning the wing nut. For greater comfort, the contour strap has two self-sticking foams on the front of the strap where it rests on the wearer’s forehead. Visor The visor is manufactured of 1.5 mm thick polycarbonate.
