End of Line - Limited Stocks- Washable, flame resistant and re-usable 3-ply face mask with anti-viral protection to help guard face, nose and mouth against respiratory droplets and airborne particles. Could provide a potent prevention tool against the spread of infection.
- 3-ply fabric construction of meta-aramid, Viscose FR and bi-component PTFE/PU FR membrane
- Weight 155gms
- Tested to EN 20811 - resistance to water penetration in both conditions as received and after pre-treatment (25x wash/dry cycles) - passes over 200cm
- Tested to EN 343 - resistance to water penetration after pre-treatments of abrasion, dry-cleaning, repeated flexing, fuel and oil, washing - results: all over 13.000 Pa (5 samples each)
- Tested to EN ISO 15025 - limited flame spread test in both conditions as received and after pre-treatment (25x wash/dry cycles) - result: PASS index 3
- Tested to ISO 17493 - heat resistance in both conditions as received and after pre-treatment (25x wash/dry cycles) - result: PASS with less than 3% shrinkage
- Tested to ISO 5077 - dimensional stability (shrinkage) - result: PASS less than 3% shrinkage in both directions
- Oeko-Tex 100 certified - Class II, fulfils requirements of Annex XVII of REACH
- Bi-component PTFE/PU FR membrane tested to BS ISO 16604 (bacteriophage test) after pre-treatment of 5x wash/dry cycles - result: there was no airborne contamination of the bacteriophage Phi-X174
