The 3M™ DT-4049E Combination Filter (CF32 Reactor HgP3 R D) is a high-performance DIN 40 mm threaded filter designed for use with compatible 3M reusable full face respirators. It provides reliable respiratory protection in highly hazardous industrial and nuclear environments where exposure to mercury vapours, radioactive iodine, radioactive agents, and airborne particulates may occur. Its rugged construction, easy twist-on installation, and reusable design make it suitable for demanding professional applications while ensuring dependable performance and user comfort.Key Features:
- Combination filter with DIN 40 mm threaded connection for compatible 3M reusable respirators.
- Protects against mercury vapours, radioactive iodine, and high-efficiency P3 particulate hazards.
- Compatible with 3M FF-300 and FF-600 full face respirators.
- Rugged construction designed for demanding industrial and nuclear applications.
- Quick and secure twist-lock installation.
- Reusable (R) filter designed for use within an established replacement schedule.
- Dolomite tested (D) for improved clogging resistance and consistent breathing performance.
- CE certified in accordance with EN 14387 standards.
Protection Type:
- Hg – Protection against mercury vapours (maximum recommended service life: 50 hours for the mercury filter section).
- Reactor – Protection against radioactive iodine and other specified radioactive contaminants.
- P3 – High-efficiency filtration against solid and liquid aerosols, including toxic particles, radioactive particles, dust, fumes, mists, bacteria, and other microorganisms.
- R – Reusable filter suitable for multiple uses when replaced according to the recommended change schedule.
- D – Dolomite tested for enhanced resistance to clogging during prolonged use.
