All V-Gard visors easily fit to V-Gard Headgear brow guard and on V-Gard frames for all V-Gard helmets.  V-Gard PC moulded visors are developed for heavy duty use. They keep workers safe and comfortable in environments such as steel/smelting plants where they are exposed to high levels of heat and/or excessive glare.

V-Gard PC moulded visors offer superior protection from flying debris, splash, UV radiation, molten metal splashes and electric arc. Being moulded makes them optically correct, and helps ensure very good view and reduced eye fatigue. Their chemical and heat resistance is better as they are thicker and not as stressed as flat visors. The impact resistance at extreme temperatures is certified by EN 166 “BT”. Electric arc protection is proofed by EN166 “8” and GSET29 class 1- 4kA testing. The premium Antifog/Antiscratch coating ensures a higher comfort, improved safety and increased lifetime.

V-Gard PC moulded visors can be worn in combination with helmet mounted ear muffs. The green tinted version helps alleviate eye strain and fatigue by reducing excessive glare, especially in outdoor working conditions.
