MSA V-Gard PC Moulded Visor Shade 5 IR 203 x 432 x 1.8mm - [MS-10115861]
All V-Gard visors easily fit to V-Gard Headgear brow guard and on V-Gard frames for all V-Gard helmets. V-Gard shaded visors are made of thick polycarbonate to protect against damage from impact, elevated temperatures, weld spatter, UV and infrared radiation. Ideal for autogenous welding, metal pouring, gas soldering and light cutting/brazing, they’re engineered for heavy-duty use. Being moulded makes them optically correct, and helps ensure very good view and reduced eye fatigue. Their chemical and heat resistance is better as they are thicker and not as stressed as flat visors. Moreover they offer protection against chemical and molten metal splashes, EN166 “39” marked. They can be worn in combination with helmet mounted ear muffs. Special visor versions are available for V-Gard retractable or standard chin protectors.
