The Dräger X-plore® 8000 Premium Short Hood (R59840) is a high-quality reusable respiratory hood designed to deliver reliable protection in demanding working environments. Manufactured from durable, low-lint materials, it offers excellent wearer comfort while providing respiratory, eye and face protection when connected to compatible Dräger powered air or airline breathing systems. Its short design ensures freedom of movement and makes it particularly suitable for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories and industrial maintenance.

- Short design provides effective protection without restricting movement.
- Large panoramic visor delivers excellent visibility throughout the working day.
- Positive pressure airflow helps minimise the ingress of airborne contaminants.

- Replaceable sweatband for improved hygiene and extended service life.
- Rear breathing hose connection promotes balanced weight distribution.
- Suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory, food processing and general industrial applications.
- Suitable for asbestos remediation when used as part of a complete Dräger X-plore® TH3 respiratory system fitted with the appropriate P3 particulate filters and in accordance with local regulations.

- EN 14594 Class 3B (with the Dräger X-plore® 9300 airline system).
