The 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-602E Powered Air Turbo Unit is a high-performance powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) blower designed for use with the Versaflo TR-600 series system. Engineered for industrial professionals, this standalone turbo unit provides consistent, regulated airflow and supports a wide range of filters and cartridges for protection against particulates, gases, and vapours. 

Built for durability, flexibility, and user comfort, the TR-602E is ideal for integration into customised respiratory systems where specific headtops, filters, and accessories are selected separately.

Features:

  • 3 user selectable flow rates for improved comfort (185, 205 and 225 l/min)
  • Supports particulate, gas and combined filters
  • Advanced alert system:  Audible alarm + Visual LED indicators + Vibrating alarm for (low airflow or battery)
  • Compatible with standard battery or high-capacity battery.
  • User-friendly operation

Standards:

    EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008 (when used with approved headtops – TH2 or TH3 depending on headtop configuration)
  • EN 12942:1998 + A2:2008 (when used with approved facepieces)
Important notes:
  • This is a standalone turbo unit that requires additional components to operate
  • Not suitable for ATEX environments (Use TR-800 powered air turbo unit for explosive atmospheres)
  • Always select filters and cartridges based on hazard assessment
It includes an Airflow Indicator (TR-971). It does not include a filter, belt, battery, or charger. Combine with Versaflo components to build a complete system. You can find a list of the compatible component in the "Useful documents" section.
