The 6000 Series Full Face Respirators are used with twin lightweight filters which are fitted by a simple bayonet attachment system, providing an economical and flexible choice.
The 6000 Series Full Face Respirators are used with twin lightweight filters which are fitted by a simple bayonet attachment system, providing an economical and flexible choice.

- 3 sizes (6700 - small, 6800 - medium, 6900 - large)

The 6000 Series full face pieces can be used with a variety of different filter / product options :
- Gas and vapour filters - The 6000 Series filters fit directly onto the 6000 Series full face pieces.
- Particulate filters - The 2000 Series, 6035 and 6038 particulate filters fit directly onto the 6000 Series full facepiece. The 5911/5925/5935 particulate filters may be used on their own with platform 603 & retainer 501.
- A combination of gas / vapour and particulate filters - The 5911 / 5925 / 5935 particulate filters can be used with 6000 Series gas / vapour filters using retainer 501.
Please note that no tight-fitting respirator, including the 3M 6000 series full face, can be worn by anybody with facial hair (beard or stubble). It should be required to shave or to use a powered or air-fed respirator depending on the nature of the hazard and their level of exposure.
